So last weekend we went to our very first wedding showcase. It was a ticketed event. Not much wedding review/info about this place on the internet aye?
Lets just say since its our first ever showcase and we know nuts we felt pretty awkward and damn noob.
So the showcase was suppose to start at 2pm and we were kinda late so we cabbed there from Yishun mrt. Lets just say as expected Janji Melayu most of the other couples came later than us.
Seletar country club is mad ulu lah wth. Definitely need to up the shuttle bus frequency if we do end up holding our wedding here.
Forgot to take photo of the stairs and some fixture before the ‘registration’ table but this was the entrance to Seletar Room.

Loved the dais. It was simple and elegant even though I am most definitely not going for a white on white/pale pink theme.
They finally started the fashion show at around 245 i think? Cant rmb. Some of the models are suria actresses and they were all very pretty lor.
Started with their main muse, Nabilah and her bf. I quite like this outfit. Thought it looked familiar and figured out later it was Taufik’s wedding outfit
Another dress that I quite liked. Mr A (the bf) definitely liked it coz he kept talking about this dress during the show. Not the colour I have in mind though?
The other outfits featured werent my style so no pictures of them hehe
After that it was MAKAN TIME!! My favourite but forgot to take pics haha
The food was nice and I particularly like the live roast beef station. Only malay desserts though which is not our thing. Not sure if can change? Drinks wasnt the buffet dispenser kind which is good. It was already poured in glasses.
Dont recall seeing ice water but we DEFINITELY want that over fruit punch or wadeva. Better still lemon/strawberry infused ice water.
Performance by Akrab Kompang. Really impressed with their performance so erm maybe we will just engage them.

Mr A was more interested in thr drone more than anything else but yea the guy mentioned that there will be additional cinematographer involved if we wanna use the drone aka more $
Spent most of our time talking to Kak Roslinda from Wedding & Romance. She was very nice and made us feel very comfortable!!

- What this means is that you have done some work and have settled on most vendors
3. Towards the end ($1k+)
- For couple who has already confirmed the vendors but needs someone to oversee the coordination and details
Really hope we can afford them as i forsee us being very busy and erm we do need someone experienced who can understand us.
